Uncle Phil Detailing evaluates all needs on a case-by-case basis. No cause is too big or too small for us to consider! Whether you’re with a school, club, animal rescue, or other type of organization, we understand each group has unique needs.

While we strive to support as many groups as possible, our capacity may be limited during peak seasons. We encourage early submissions to increase the likelihood of participation.

Currently, Uncle Phil Detailing only offers "Detail for a Cause" fundraising program as a partnership and sponsorship opportunity.  We welcome your suggestions and look forward to exploring how Uncle Phil Detailing can support your organization.

With our exceptional services, flexible options, and marketing support, we’re dedicated to making your detail car wash fundraiser a success. It’s an easy and effective way to raise money for your group.

There is no cost to your group to participate in the "Detail with a Cause" Giving Program.

Yes. You must provide a non-profit tax ID showing active non-profit status in order to participate in the "Detail for a Cause" Program.

Once your application is submitted with a valid non-profit tax ID and your event date is confirmed, you will receive an approval confirmation within 2 business days.

"Detail for a Cause" Giving Program lasts a total of seven days. To increase engagement and make your fundraiser accessible to a broader audience, supporters can participate either onsite or remotely. The program begins with a "Kickoff Day" at your selected location, where supporters bring their cars for a wash. During the following six days, supporters can schedule a private detail session at any location. To ensure their donation is counted towards your fundraiser, supporters must enter your organization on the booking site when scheduling their car detail.

Your group receives payment in two installments: 

1. On the day the in-person event concludes. 

2. Within 10 days after the event for any private bookings scheduled.

Start with family and friends.  Use online marketing such as social media, email and newsletter.  Reach out to local newspapers, radio stations, or community blogs with a press release to highlight your fundraiser and the cause it supports. We provide an 8.5″x11″ marketing flyer template in PDF format to help.
